The author of 500 published scientific papers, 5 monorgafy, 20 teaching and teaching guidelines and tools, 7 patents. Under his leadership prepared 37 candidates and a Doctor of Medical Sciences. He is the president of the Regional Branch of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Russia. Awarded the honorary title “Honorary Doctor of Russia”, “Honorary Doctor of the Republic of Belarus”, “Honored Worker of Science of Belarus”.

Actively develop new research directions of the department
Since 1996, the chair is a competitor of the industry research program “Development of optimal technologies for protecting the health of women, mothers, fetus and newborn (lead agency – the Moscow Regional Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology).
Under the guidance of Professor UR Hamadyanova prepared and successfully defended 37 Ph.D. theses and a doctoral thesis, and performed two doctorates.
The department provides therapeutic work on clinical bases in the perinatal center MLPU maternity № 4 Ufa, gynecological hospital No 21 and the Emergency Hospital, maternity ward hospital No 6. It turns out medical advice districts of Bashkortostan – year members of the department work as part of outreach BSMU.

Over the past 10 years in the field of obstetrics improved tactics and delivery of patients with late gestosis, skie-embedded clinical methods of prenatal diagnosis umbilical cord entanglement of fetal parts, methods of prenatal prediction and prevention of obstetric hemorrhage and puerperal infectious complications.
In the field of gynecology has introduced new technologies minimally invasive surgery – laparoscopic surgery, the use of radio waves in the production of gynecological operations, improved vehicle operations in the deletion of vaginal prolapse and female sexual organs. Under section Conservative gineklogii introduced modern approaches to diagnosis and treatment of chronic oophoritis.
Much attention is paid to women’s reproductive health and modern aspects of contraception.
