His priorities — scientific substantiation and development of new parameters in the quantitative toxicity assessment of Toxicology (vice acute specific effect and area-specific action, as a measure of quantifying severity of selective properties of toxicants) and physical stages of detoxification in the toxicokinetics of poisons, to develop an original methodology for accelerated study of hygienic regulations for permissible content of toxicants in the air of working zone and possesses a strong selective effect, and a radically new system for forecasting the risk of toxicants of different chemical structure at different stages of their development — from computer design to implementation in production, in designing new types of seed cells for the simulation experiment of an isolated, complex and the combined action of poisons and developing methods for the study of the selective action of poisons on the respiratory system.
