Department of Physiology was founded in 1933. Appointed to the chair professor of physiology at the University of Irkutsk N. Spassky. This period was characterized by the emergence of the educational process at the department and the beginning of the research work. Assistant lecturer at the time worked M.Sh. Asfagan, AM and MT Kiselev, SI Kharchenko, DC Kashapov, ZA Ikhsanov. During the brief stay at the institute NS Spassky has laid a solid foundation of teaching and methodical process and the development of research activities. The team began to develop a range of scientific topics, in particular, the impact of dysentery toxin on cardiac function and influence of some physiological facto ¬ moat on cardiac function and coronary blood vessels.
In 1938, the department was headed by Professor S. pieces of silver, in the past peri ¬ intermittently worked in the laboratories of Pavlov and Orbeli (1926-1930). In 1940, the department was transferred to the new premises built by the Biophilia hypothesis ¬ ziologicheskogo Corps. By this time there was a further strengthening the mother ¬ cially and technical base of the department and improve the quality of teaching and methodical work. In the process of learning to use greater demonstration of physiological experiments on animals. When Professor SS Serebrenikove basic scientific directions ¬ leniem was to study the influence of CNS on the function of the body (muscular and digestive ¬ tive apparatus, pain reception).
In 1941 with the start of the Great Patriotic War, life and work of the department restructured. Department staff, as well as the entire faculty of the institute, devoting all their strength training and educating students, while providing assistance to public health. Much of the change and the scientific direction of the department, much attention is paid to study the problem of pain and problems of blood transfusion. The department of physiology in this period experienced teachers, psychologists, evacuated from Leningrad: AT Pshonik (disciple of Academician KM Bykov), OV Plotnikov, NV Golovin (students of Professor M. Uflyand).
Despite the difficulties of wartime, the institute did not stop preparation ¬ tory and its scientific staff. Since 1944, the institute was granted the right under ¬ cooking graduate and receive the protection of theses for the degree of candidate of medical sciences. In the same year opened the first graduate school and the Department of normal physiology, its first graduate student is finished in 1944 with honors from the Bashkir Medical Institute, ZT Valeeva.
With the departure of Professor S. Serebrenikova in late 1945 in the city of Astrakhan on the post of Director of Medical School Department was headed by Professor Vladimir Petrovsky. In the same period at the Department of assistants working AI Grudtsina, SB Aybinder-Filatov, Y. Sundukov, T. Bazhina, but in 50 years – VP Solovyev, RG Singatullina, JA Petrova, AS Kharisova.
As head of the department VV Petrovsky begins to form a new scientific direction – the physiology of lymphatic and venous systems. During this period, an intensive training of young teaching staff (ZT Valeeva, K. W. Cowan, D. Smirnov, GN Kotova, VS Kupriyanov). The scientific work of this period the department received recognition not only in our country but also abroad. Multi-year outcome of research was published in 1960, VV Petrovsky, a monograph on the role of lymphatic vessels in the regulation of blood circulation.
In the educational process firmly adopted the materialist doctrine IP Pavlova, while much attention is paid to dialectical materialist methodology, classes are accompanied by a demonstration of conditioned reflexes in experimental dogs. Prof. V. Peter brilliantly, with great erudition, gives lectures to students, thus encouraging interest in the study of physiology. For great achievements in scientific research and training scientific-pedagogical staff, he was awarded the title \”Honored Scientist BASSR.\”
After the departure of Vladimir Petrovsky, retired in 1968, the department is headed by Professor Z. Ikhsanov, rector of Medicine, formerly the head of laboratory of the Institute of Pediatrics of the USSR AMS. When he was ZA Ihsanova Department received its further development, the team was working hard to improve the educational process, education of students. Since his arrival at the department continued research, whose founder was Professor Vladimir Petrovsky.
In 1973, the leadership of the department was entrusted to the Doctor of Medicine ZT Valeev. Professor ZT Valeeva attention was paid to further improving the educational and methodical work. In the educational process to successfully combine traditional teaching with the new (programmed control, Wirz, development graphological structures, regulatory maps, etc.). Department staff is working hard on developing and improving teaching advice for teachers and students on profiling pre ¬ feeder for pediatric and sanitation departments. During these years, the department worked SM Mochalov, tce Allaberdina, AG Elentuh, GE Insarov, AS Kudasheva, EG Kadyrov, VD Zakharchenko, VA Schezhin, and later – YA Terekhov, and ES Levashov. In 1980 the department moved into a new educational building on the street. Pushkin.
In 1975 at the Department conducted a field cycle of improvement of teachers on current issues in physiology, biophysics and medical cybernetics department of the same name TSOLIUV (Moscow).
Given the practical and theoretical significance of emerging issues and the department chair recognizing the achievements in the study of physiology and pharmacology of the lymphatic and venous systems at the department in 1981, Section of Physiology of blood circulation of the USSR held the second All-Union symposium on venous blood and lymph circulation.
For many years, the department is actively working student physiological ¬ phenomenological circle, based in the 40-ies under the guidance of Professor S. Serebrenikova. Active circle members in the past been a professor ZT Valeeva, KV Cowan, W. S. Kupriyanov, associate DN Smirnov, GN Kotova, SM Mochalov, LV assistants Peter, R. Shabaev, A. J. Calmette, etc. Is ¬ interrogators students\’ work has been and is mainly on basic scientific directions of the department. Members of the circle is constantly involved in student intra-and inter-university conferences.
From 1982 and 2000 department in charge of Doctor of Medicine AG Gizatullin, formerly a professor of pathological physiology. Department staff are included in the development of a new issue – the adaptation of the human body and animals to changing environments, and psihofi ¬ ziologicheskoy assess the effectiveness of training in medical school the learning process.
From this period in the learning process is much greater technical training, actively implemented computer technology, active preparation of new scientific and pedagogical staff.
In the years to improve educational and methodical work (created working programs in all specialties, situational problems, test control, the rating system of knowledge assessment developed computer training and monitoring programs). The department issued guidelines for students on individual sections of physiology. A great contribution this work made docents GE Insarov, SM Mochalov, UT Allaberdina, VP Liutov, Art. teachers AG Elentuh, AH Calmette. During these years, worked at the Department of Professor RG Yusupov, assistants RG Batyreva, ZM Safina. The Department has expanded the scientific and pedagogical staff (AF Kayumova, GG Tyumbarova, LN Shafiev).
From 2000 to the present time the department in charge last graduate student, now a Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor AF Kayumova. With the advent of the chair AF Kayumova unfolded serious educational and methodical work, and greatly intensified research on the problems of hematology. Employees of the department prepared for publication and issued new educational tools and guidance to students on individual sections of physiology, including 2 manuals stamped EMA Public Health Ministry. Create a practical design lecture course on the normal physiology ¬ mum. Revised and re-designed work program for spe ¬ be combined, updated teaching aids, expanded display classes, in the educational process is widely used instructional videos for all sections of physiology. Serious attention is paid to the organization of independent work of students. An educational-research laboratory equipped with modern instruments for the study of physiological functions. Efforts are made to the organization of elective courses for students. Staff of the department in recent years added to the young teachers (GS Tupinevich, AF Gysin, OA Kiseleva, I. R. Sabirov, Y. B. Velikomolova, AA Gainullina). Since 2000, the department also work professor AO Kurmayeva and assistant ZG Khaibullina.
