Zulkarnaev Talgat Rahimyanovich, MD, PhD, Excellent Health of Russia, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus, works at the Bashkir State Medical University in 1974 after the end of the target post-graduate at the Leningrad Sanitary-Hygienic Medical Institute. Career in BSMU began as an assistant food hygiene course, for several years in charge of this course. Povargo Elena, MD, associate professor, graduated from the pediatric department of the Bashkir State Medical Institute. After graduation he worked for the district pediatrician and then a teacher at the Bashkir Medical College at BSMU. Since November 2001 working at the department of hygiene of environment BSMU first as an assistant, then – senior lecturer and lecturer.

Historical formation rate
The forerunner is the Department of Toxicology, Pathology, Occupational and Environmental HFCs, first organized in 1990, it was headed by Professor FG Murzakaev. Research Department\’s staff has focused on the sanitary-hygienic, toxicological and professional pathology aspects of disasters and accidents at chemical, petrochemical and environmental emergencies.
In 1992 the department was disbanded and its staff (Prof. F. D. Bulatov and Associate Professor ZS Teregulov) joined the Department of Emergency Care and Disaster Medicine (headed by prof. Hunafin SN), since 1995 . group of specialists in occupational medicine replenished by Professor GG Maximov, previously worked as Deputy Director for Science, Ufa Institute of Occupational Medicine and Human Ecology of the State Committee of sanitary service of Russia. Thematic Improvement doctors conducted mainly on occupational medicine, the most popular in connection with the growth of occupational diseases and the low quality of preliminary and periodic medical examinations of employees.

Krasovskii Vladimir O. – professor of the course, head of laboratory health of the Ufa Research Institute of MT and ET, MD, the Excellent Health RF.
